Anyone buying for marine use should confirm bridge clearances along the river against their vessel's air draft — the crossings are bascule bridges with scheduled openings.

The immediate area combines the Brickell restaurant scene with the river's own dining row further west, plus hotel dining in Brickell and Downtown. Miami Beach is across the bay via the causeways.

The office core of Brickell Avenue sits directly east of the site, with Downtown's legal and civic centre across the river. For an owner who works in either, this is one of the few genuinely waterfront residential positions within walking distance of both.
