Press coverage of the announcement consistently describes four signature penthouses within a tower of approximately 60 stories containing 183 residences. We carry those figures as reported facts, attributed and dated, rather than as confirmed developer disclosures. If the developer's materials revise them, this page will be revised with them.

The tower's position on the Miami River means the upper floors command a long view west up the river and east over Brickell toward Biscayne Bay. That geometry — not a finish schedule — is usually what separates a penthouse floor from the floor beneath it.

Buyers interested at that level typically want to be in contact with the sales team well before the 2027 launch, because penthouse allocation decisions tend to precede the public price list.
