Bugatti Residences Miami announced for the Brickell riverfront

Bugatti Residences Miami has been announced for 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Brickell, on the north bank of the Miami River. It is Bugatti's first branded residential development in the United States and the first Bugatti Residences in the Americas.

The development is being led by Prosper Group together with Belgium's Versluys Group. Brandon Haw Architecture is the design architect, Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for interiors, and Rhodium has been named as the residential operating partner — the firm that will run the service programme once the building is occupied.

Reporting around the announcement describes a tower of approximately 60 stories containing 183 residences, including four signature penthouses, with more than 300 feet of Miami River frontage. We treat those four data points as reported rather than confirmed until they appear in the developer's own offering materials.

The residential offering is expected to launch in 2027. Until then, pricing, floor plans, the deposit schedule and the amenity programme have not been publicly announced. We will publish an update here, and revise the affected pages, each time verified information is released.
